Minutes from January 3rd Meeting
Attendance: 10
Decided to add pictures and names of TAB members to the library website. Will be taking pictures at next meeting on Thursday, January 12th.
Talked about what information is available on the blog.
Jessie volunteered to help keep the blog up to date.
Volunteers for reviews (due on February 9th):
Book - Cassidy
Movie or TV Show - Grace
Music - Michael
We'll be changing the day we meet starting in February. Starting February 9th, we will be meeting on the first and third Thursdays at 7pm at the library.
So far, no one wants to do the 2012 Video Challenge for Summer Reading, but if you change your mind and want to do it, let me know at sfarmer@emcity.org
I still need 1 volunteer for the computer tutoring program starting in February. It will be the first Saturday of each month from 10am - 12pm. I will be there to help with any problems as well. If we have multiple volunteers, then we can switch off and take turns.
Need to plan at least 2 fundraisers before July. Talked about doing a library lock-in for kids ages 8-11. We will confirm at the next meeting on Thursday if Michele has approved it and will begin planning it.
2nd possible fundraiser - Helping with the library book sale during Pony Express days, probably the first week of June.
Made Ultimate Gamer poster and it's awesome!
